My Utopian Governing Body

My Utopian society is governed by a democracy ruled by ten people. These people will be elected by the society and an election will be carried out every three years. Everyone will be able to vote over the age of 17. The ten leaders make decisions based on the moral beliefs that we as a society live by. These moral beliefs are outlined in our 'Declaration of Independence.'

If a citizen has a complaint, concern, or requires guidance, the ten leaders use their best moral judgement to come up with a plan of action. If two or more parties are having problems coming to a compromise, the government will step in and adjudicate until a decision can be made that all parties can abide by.

The government in my society is totally transparent, meaning that everything that is said and done (no matter what the circumstances) is available to the general public for viewing.
